1. In order to have a functional teaching environment and to ensure that the international students are in a healthy condition and are able to complete their studies, Liaoning Medical University has made a set of rules for the international students. These rules and regulations are in accordance with the “People's Republic of China Educational Law” and the “People's Republic of China higher Educational Law" and apply to all international students.
2. Apart from these rules and regulations, all international students should also abide by the Chinese Constitution.
3. The Rules and Regulations of the University apply at all times as well during the terms as during the holidays.
4. The supervisor of the international office is responsible for all the university premises including the nternational Students Dormitories and for the maintenance of good order. He has the right to forbid students to assemble on the university premises and grounds, the right to require people to leave the university premises and grounds, the right to withhold his consent for meetings and the right to demand meetings to be terminated. He may delegate this authority in whole or partly to other employees of the university. Students who fail to respond to the requests made by any authorized official will violating of the rules.
5. In case of minor misconduct, the student will be dealt with by an individual member of staff on an informal basis.
