Registration Notice
1. Freshman should take ¡° X ¡± visa to register and complete the entrance procedure. And the short-term student may take ¡° F ¡± visa or ¡° L ¡± visa.
2. Freshmen should register according to the stated time on the Enrollment Letters. You should inform Overseas Students Administrative Office in advance if you are ahead or 1ate of schedule one week. You will be treated as waiver suppose you are overdue one month to register without valid reason.
3. Freshman should check in the dormitory procedure with your original passport within 24 hours after your entrance registration. You will pay your dormitory with the room marked price at the appointed place and then draw the key with your receipt at the Overseas Students Administrative Office.
4. The following documents are required for freshman entrance registration £º Passport, the original Enrollment Notice, JW202 Form, and Physical Examination Form, 1 0 chromatic photos ( 30m m ¡Á 40mm ). The registration place £º Office of International Education College
5. Also submit the other original documents offered in your enrollment application time except the above and fill Registration Form after your documents have been checked up inerrably. You can get the qualification to register and the relative certificates after paying the entire fee. The registration qualification will be cancelled if the entire fee cannot be paid within one month after your arrival.
6. For the first-time residential permission application, you are required to hold our recommendation, original passport and the homepage copy, visa page copy, Foreigner Visa and Residence Permit Application Form, the second page of JW202 Form and Physical Examination Report (You will be asked to do the physical examination again in Liaoning Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and pay it by yourself, if the medical check-up report is not recognized) to the Entry-Exit Department of Jinzhou Public Security Bureau to get the residential permission within 30 days after your arrival.
7. In order to ensure the overseas students to get the essential medical guarantee during studying in China , all overseas students studying in our university must participate in the unexpected injury medical insurance that the university requires, otherwise registration is not allowed. In addition, as the overseas students are not included within the range of medical services at state expense of our country, in order to enable students to get certain medical subsidization while they are taking medical treatment, the university encourages students to participate in some essential medical health insurance in your own country or in China .
8. You must pay the entire fee in RMB (or by bank card directly) at the financial office within seven days after your arrival. You may submit written explanation for your special reason of deferred payment and the application, and you can pay the arrearage and overdue fine before the deadline (the overdue fine amount will change depending on how long the deferred time is) if your application has been approved. The deferred payment scheduled maximum period is one month, or else, the enrollment qualification will be cancelled.
9. Freshman must reside on campus arranged by Overseas Students Administrative Office . You must reside in the room appointed for you, and obey Dormitory Management Regulation. You may exchange your room after you get the agreement from Overseas Students Administrative Office due to your written explanation of special reason.

When every semester begins, you must return back and register in the Overseas Students Administrative Office in the stated time, and pay up the year tuition, the dormitory cost and incidental expenses at one time. The situation that you don't pay the entire fee on time will be dealt with as dropping out of school of oneself. If students cannot come to register on time for some legitimate reason, you should ask for the permission of our university, nevertheless, the permitted vacation can not be more than two weeks. If the students cannot register on time for illness, you should provide the medical certificate of the appointed hospital. If any student don't come to register on time without legitimate reason you will be treated as absence from class from the day our classes begin, and will be treated as dropping out of the school roll voluntarily after four weeks. |
