The Charge Clause

I .About the Tuition .
1. The finance warrantor and the credible finance guarantee are required when you apply for studying in China , and you must pay the entire fee according to the university charge clause when you register.
2. The tuition and incidental expenses is non-refundable; and the dormitory cost may refund by the term for the situation of dropout or expulsion status. The whole semester tuition must be paid if you are enrolled in midway or resume your interrupted studies.
3. Full time student should pay all the year tuition in a lump in the register time when the new academic year begins. Student, who attends advanced studies and whose study term is over one semester but less than two semesters, should pay the tuition according to the academic year charge standard. Students who study Chinese should pay the tuition fee according to the relative regulations.
4. Student, who cannot pay all the year tuition at one time with valid reason, may pay the tuition by semester after whose written application has been approved. Student, who cannot pay on the stated time, may postpone an exact deadline and pay the late fee (the amount will range from RMB ￥ 10.00 － ￥ 800.00 according to the deferred time) except clearing the owed fees before deadline after whose written application has been approved ； the deferred payment scheduled maximum period is one month. Student, whose payment cannot be on schedule and overdue one week without valid reason, must pay RMB ￥ 10.00 per day as the late fee ； pay another 5 ％ of the entire fee as the late fee if the deferred time is between one to two weeks ； the class will be suspended or the student will be treated as dropping out of school of oneself if whose deferred time is from two weeks to one month.
II .About the Dormitory Cost
1. Student, who resides in the boarding house on campus, must pay up the dormitory cost during the first week after the new academic year begins.
2. Student, who has resided in the boarding house on campus for over one year and pay up the year dormitory cost at one time, doesn't need to pay the property insurance premium inside the boarding house; Liaoning Medical University will pay it.
3. Student, who really cannot pay up the year dormitory cost at one time, may pay by month or quarter after whose written application has been approved, but the payment amount will rise:10% for month payment, 15 ％ for quarter payment.
